Operation Method Of Transformer Voltage Test Control Box

Pressure test control box, using advanced microelectronic processing technology, all use process can be set in advance, all Chinese interface, simple operation. After all test items are set, the pressure test control box can be tested automatically without manual intervention.
1. According to the relevant regulations, set up the site, connect the equipment connection, and there should be special personnel in charge of safety in the area where conditions permit.
2. The current relay (KA) should be adjusted according to the capacity and voltage level of the tested object before the operation of the voltage withstand test control box.
3. Turn on the power switch, press the power transmission button, the contactor is closed, the live power signal light of the voltage regulator is off, and the power transmission signal light is on. At this time, the boost test can be carried out.
4. Turn the handle of the voltage regulator slowly clockwise (press the rising button on the electric console) and pay close attention to the voltmeter (it is appropriate to increase the voltage at the speed of 3KV per second). When the voltage is increased to the specified withstand voltage value of the tested object, press the timing button in time and pay close attention to the condition of the tested object.
5. When the specified withstand time of the tested object is reached, an alarm (Bell) will sound in the table (box), indicating that the tested object is qualified for withstand voltage. At this time, turn the handle of the voltage regulator anticlockwise (press the down button on the electric console) to make the voltage regulator return to zero. And press the stop button to cut off the power.
6. In case of over-voltage in the process of voltage rise or voltage withstand test, the voltage regulator knob shall be turned anticlockwise in time (the electric console presses the down button) to make the voltage return to the specified value.
7. During the test, if the current indication of the ammeter exceeds the specified range of the tested object, the boost voltage shall be stopped immediately, and the relevant reasons shall be found out before the test.
8. In case of short circuit, flashover, breakdown and other over-current in the process of voltage rise or voltage withstand test, the current relay will act to make the voltage regulator cut off automatically, indicating that the tested product is unqualified. At this time, return the voltage regulator to zero and reset the timing button for the next operation.
